Healthcare Recruitment Consultant

Location: Liverpool city centre
Salary: andpound;27,000 plus commission (OTE andpound;40,000+)

Jane Lewis is looking for an ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team.

In this role youandrsquo;ll develop new business across the North West, manage client accounts and recruit healthcare professionals. Youandrsquo;ll take ownership of your geographical area, with uncapped commission rewarding the results you deliver.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant:

• Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generation
• Building relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers
• Managing the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placement
• Managing client accounts and coordinating staffing requirements, delivering excellent service
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensuring the out of hourandrsquo;s service is covered in line with business needs.

What weandrsquo;re looking for:

• One to two yearsandrsquo; experience in healthcare recruitment or a target-driven, high-volume sales role
• A proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Confidence in approaching prospective clients and generating new business
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• An organised, proactive and resilient approach
• Healthcare sector knowledge would be beneficial
• Neutral Vendor experience is desirable but not essential
