Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our agency team supporting residents within a residential home environment.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Providing personal care where required
- Administering and supporting medication management
- Supporting individuals with epilepsy and implementing care plans
- Assisting with safe moving and handling procedures
- Accompanying and supporting residents in the local community
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to CQC standards
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a support worker or care role
- Up-to-date mandatory training
- Valid certification in all required areas listed above
- Reliable, professional, and person-centred approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
