French andamp; German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, Manchester City Based.

Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week andndash; with an early Friday Finish.

Responsibilities as French andamp; German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

andmiddot; Manage incoming calls and emails from French and German-speaking customers and Sales Managers

andmiddot; Respond to website and inbox queries professionally and efficiently

andmiddot; Process orders from French and German-speaking countries

andmiddot; Support order processing for other markets during busy periods

andmiddot; Book pallets and parcels via courier systems when required

andmiddot; Collaborate with internal departments on occasional tasks and projects

Essentialsandnbsp;as French andamp; German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

andmiddot; Minimum 3 yearsandrsquo; experience in an Export/ Customer Service role, with familiarity exporting products

andmiddot; Fluent in both French and German (written and spoken)

andmiddot; Excellent time management and communication skills

andmiddot; Working knowledge of Dynamics 365, CRM systems, or SAP will prove a strong advantage
