Are you an experienced FPandamp;A professional who can turn complex financial data into clear commercial insight? A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, drive financial performance and strengthen planning, forecasting and decision-making across the business.

The Role
As the Finance Business Partner, youandrsquo;ll:

• Partner with the Divisional Leadership Team and Functional Directors, providing insight, challenge and decision support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Develop Pandamp;L, cost and cash flow forecasts alongside scenario and sensitivity modelling.
• Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Deliver clear, accurate management reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Support business cases, investment appraisals and ROI analysis.
• Drive cost discipline and improve financial accountability across the business.
• Develop dashboards, reporting automation and data visualisation.
• Support ERP transformation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong financial governance in line with IFRS and internal controls.

You
To be successful, youandrsquo;ll bring:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ yearsandrsquo; experience across FPandamp;A, finance business partnering or financial control.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Experience operating within a complex, matrix organisation.
• Advanced scenario modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial reporting systems.
• Data visualisation experience, ideally Power BI or similar.
• Construction or infrastructure sector experience would be advantageous.
• Confidence partnering with and constructively challenging senior leadership.
