We are looking for anandnbsp;Engineering Managerandnbsp;who wants to work in a diverse roleandnbsp;where no two days are the same.

The Operations Manager,andnbsp;will be responsible for:

• Significant experience leading operations within mission-critical facilities or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance, operational resilience, risk management and compliance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites.
• A track record of delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• The ability to lead and coordinate incident response, business continuity and service recovery activities.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, supplier performance and contract delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• A collaborative leadership style that inspires, develops and motivates others.

To be successful for this Engineeringandnbsp;Manager role you must have:

• Degree, HNC or HND in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
• IOSH Managing Safely.
• NEBOSH Certificate (desirable).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites.
• Professional registration or working towards chartership (desirable).
