Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South of England.

This is a senior commercial role focused on generating new business, developing lasting client relationships and increasing our presence within the healthcare staffing market.
Youandrsquo;ll work closely with healthcare providers across the region, taking the time to understand their staffing challenges and providing responsive, reliable workforce solutions.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing
As our Business Development Manager, youandrsquo;ll be responsible for:
andbull; Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the South of England
andbull; Building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generation
andbull; Contacting healthcare providers and arranging face-to-face client meetings
andbull; Developing relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
andbull; Understanding each clientandrsquo;s staffing requirements and presenting suitable workforce solutions
andbull; Managing the business development process from initial contact through to agreement and mobilisation
andbull; Growing existing accounts by identifying further opportunities to support clients
andbull; Working closely with recruitment and operational colleagues to ensure new clients receive an excellent service
andbull; Monitoring local market activity, competitor performance and emerging opportunities
andbull; Maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities and commercial activity
andbull; Working towards agreed sales targets and KPIs
andbull; Act as a brand ambassador for Jane Lewis, representing our values and standards with colleagues, clients and healthcare professionals.

What weandrsquo;re looking for
To be considered for this Business Development Manager position, youandrsquo;ll need:
andbull; At least three yearsandrsquo; experience within a recruitment agency environment, ideally within healthcare, social care, nursing or a related staffing sector
andbull; A minimum of 2 yearsandrsquo; proven people management experience, with a track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
andbull; A proven track record of winning new business and delivering against commercial targets
andbull; Experience managing the complete business development or recruitment sales process
andbull; The ability to build credible relationships with senior decision-makers
andbull; A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable results.
andbull; Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate people and hold teams accountable.
andbull; Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain an effective sales pipeline
andbull; A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use performance metrics and insight to improve results.
